We like to talk it through with you and complete the questions either in person or over the phone to ensure we get the full picture. Allow roughly 15 minutes per focus area.

We ask you to be as prepared as you can be but we understand that you can’t always have all the answers. That’s OK! We can start to work with what we have and complete the audit once all the information is available.

The report we develop based on the information provided by you will highlight all the areas in which the business is performing well (risks are well managed), as well as the areas in which we identify risks or opportunities along with relevant action items.

We will work with you to develop an action plan to mitigate any identified risks and if required, support the implementation of the plan over an agreed period.
