The steps we take to recruit the right people

Briefing

Tell us about the type of skills, experience and personal qualities you are looking for. We work with you to ensure the potential employee, role and business are all aligned.

Sourcing Strategy

We develop a strategy to attract suitable candidates and use specialist search tools across a range of channels including social media, industry sites, and various job boards.

Shortlisting and Screening

We compile a targeted shortlist of applicants before conducting an initial screening call. This is to gain a better understanding of the candidate’s history, skills and experience and overall fit.

Reference Checking

We facilitate reference checks and can undertake any other personality or psychometric testing as required.

Candidate Management & Offer Facilitation

We can assist with initial offers of employment, negotiations and discussions prior to a formal written offer being made by you.

Post-Placement Check-In and Support

We will remain in contact with you and your new team member to ensure a smooth entry into the business for both parties and we are able to provide onboarding and ongoing performance management support to facilitate cohesion and retention (at an additional cost).

We aim for our services to be flexible in delivery and budget and as such only charge for hours and services performed. Our fixed price recruitment offering means you’ll always know how much you’re paying without any last minute surprise additions!

Recruitment FAQs

We help recruit team members within a large range of industries and roles, however some specialist roles require specialised recruitment agencies, such as lawyers, insurance brokers, real estate agents, or executives. Whilst specialist recruiters are generally more expensive, filling these roles requires access to the extensive and specific databases such recruiters will hold. We will always tell you up front if we believe we are equipped to recruit your next team member.

There are a number of reasons we are cheaper. We provide a service that doesn’t require a specialist recruitment agency with a specialist database. Our recruitment service exists to help take recruitment tasks off your plate, whilst applying our extensive recruitment experience to draft targeted advertisements and pre-screening questionnaires to ensure we attract and filter out only the best-suited candidates for your business. We also don’t offer a placement guarantee. Rather than paying for the placement at a premium, you pay for our service, time and experience only.

Unfortunately there is no specific timeframe. Our recruitment campaigns last 30 days, and if we haven’t placed a candidate in that time, we will help you re-evaluate the role and the approach. Throughout a campaign we will tweak advertisements, reach out to prospective candidates, and where possible seek creative avenues to attract candidates, to help you find the right candidate as soon as possible.
